Trump Stencils – an online exhibition

20 stencil artists from 11 countries have shared artwork that they have made in response to Donald Trump’s presidency.

He makes us sick to the stomach, so we’ve decided to not sit around in silence, and instead, we’ll let these paintings do the talking.

Featured artists are: Hanksy, Tabby, CRS, Big Ben, Mr hope, NOTNOT, Mark Fitz, Kelly Sullivan, Chris, Godbout, Stephen Quick, Adam Quinn, Francesco Totaro, Ollie Arthur-Banes, Mowgli, Ryan Moore,XayoboX, ADW, Teach, L.E.T and Calm.

Tabby [Austria] – Love Trumps All

“Trump needs the world to love him and some of the unpleasant things he does and says could be avoided if he got that love. At the same time he loves himself more than anybody, so if he could just find another Trump to love and be loved by, then that might just change him towards the better. ”

Tabby [Austria] – Ronald McDonald Trump

“One of the biggest clowns in the business tycoon world.”

Banksy [USA] – Dump Trump

“”Dump Trump” first originated as a mural in Lower Manhattan and has since been replicated throughout the United States. ”

Big Ben [France]

L.E.T. [Germany] – Donald Trump states

“The idea was to make a flag like the isis (islamic states) flag but “a la” trump. The writing on the flag is his original signature.”

CRS [Cyprus] – The best shield is justice

Teach [USA] – trump dump

ADW [Ireland] – Captain A-Hol

Ryan Moore [New Zealand] – Make America great again Bring back slavery

Mowgli [USA] – Release the Hounds

Tabby [Austria] – Donald Tramp

“He lives for attention and will do or say anything to get it, AKA whoring himself out for attention”

Tabby [Austria] – Dont feed the trolls

“Donald lives to cause outrage, the more attention he gets from it (good or bad) the bigger he becomes”

Kelly Sullivan [Australia] – Don: Smallgoods

“Is Don. Is NO Good.”

Chris Godbout [USA]

“I am free because I know that I alone am morally responsible for everything I do. I am free no matter what rules surround me. If I find them tolerable, I tolerate them. If I find them too obnoxious, I break them. I am free because I know that I alone am morally responsible for everything I do. -Robert Heinlein”

Stephen Quick [UK]

“Mash up, satire painting of the disgusting Donald Trump and the most evil man in history, Adolf Hitler. Mashed up the evil overlord, Krang from Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. The painting has Trump as Krang’s body and where Krang sits, now sits a bodiless Hitler controlling Trumps every move and thought. If you don’t act like Hitler, people will stop comparing you to him”

NOTNOT [Australia]

“As an Australian born in the US, I felt compelled to express my frustration with Trumps success during the campaign. The resulting stencil intends to realistically depict Trump at his most grotesque whilst emphasising the Australian disdain for him.”

Mark Fitz [Australia]

COULROPHOBIA ( Fear of Clowns )

Mark Fitz [Australia] – USA FLAG 2017

CRS [Cyrprus] – Mr President in private moments

Tabby  (Austria)- The Lying King
“Speaks for itself”

Ollie Arthur-Banes [UK] – Do what he says

Mr hope [UK] – taking a trump

“My painting of somebody taking a shit on Mr Trumps head”

Xayobox [India] – Trumpet of Bleeding America

“Trump as the president of the United States is an awareness of the state of the country and the people’s mindset, without ignoring the fact that he has been the “Elected” president with the kind of policies and promises he has announced. It scares the hell out of us sending a shiver down the spine in imagining what could be worse.”

Adam Quinn [USA] – Trump Card

“I thought Trumps head would fit well atop of the Joker, especially considering how tiny his hands are. The joker card is almost a direct correlation to Trump, so there couldn’t be a more fitting environment to place his stupid head. Taken from the Bicycle site: While the Joker has been compared to the Fool in Tarot cards, even down to a similar trump function, there isn’t a connection. Tarot cards have been around since the 15th century, after all, when a jester or fool was still a viable career option”

Francesco Totaro  [Italy]

“My tribute to “The Monster” and my little way to say “Stop””

Calm [Australia] – #trumpsays project

“The first photo shows a text I included. The remaining comments were contributed by people attending a street art event in Melbourne in February”
