Delivery & Returns

Free Australia wide shipping.
After ordering online, we will contact you to confirm your shipping address in Australia and your artwork will be shipped to you. We will advise you on shipping times, art works that are from international artists will take longer to arrive than artworks in Australia. Artworks from international artists will be delivered duties paid, which means you do not have to pay customs fees or taxes (if being shipped to Australia).

Made to Order Artworks
Each artwork that is listed as “made to order” has a production time listed on the art work description. This is the time that it will take the artist to produce your artwork.  You will be notified once production is complete and advised on approximate shipping time.

Ready To Ship Artworks
These will be packed and shipped once your shipping address is confirmed.

Shipping Times
Artworks will be shipped direct from the artist to the buyer. International times will vary and we will provide and estimate and tracking details for the buyer.

Australian artworks should ship and be delivered within 14 business days. An email will be sent to you about the shipping of the artwork.

Insurance
Shipping insurance for damage or loss will be organised for your artwork with the shipping service. Artworks will be shipped through Courier or Australia Post depending on the size of the artwork.

International Shipping
We will provide a quote to buyers who live outside of Australia. The receiver will be responsible for the international custom/import fee and taxes which vary with every country.


7 day returns
If you are not happy with your artwork you can return the artwork to us. You have a full week (7 days) to contact us to start the returns process. Buyers will need to cover the cost of returning the artwork to the artist at their own expense. A full refund will be made to you.
